Upon arrival at the hotel, I found the rooms to be outdated with damaged furniture, making it feel more like a plain roadside inn rather than a luxurious Central Park establishment. However, the rooms did match the photos on the website. The service was a mix of unbothered attitudes from some staff members but pleasant interactions with others. The location, just blocks away from Central Park, is truly desirable for couples and families, offering easy access to iconic landmarks. The dining experience, although a bit pricey, showcased unique dishes like one-of-a-kind pancakes and waffles. Overall, the hotel has its ups and downs, providing a mediocre experience.
The hotel offers a fair room layout with a separate entrance to the fitness room in the neighboring building. The room includes a king-sized bed, a small living area with a pull-out couch, a dining table, and a spacious bathroom. The room is well-maintained with a large TV on the wall, making it quite acceptable for a comfortable stay.
The hotel's rooms were old, tired, and frankly depressing, and our check-in was delayed. However, our room was large with a view of Central Park. The service lacked attention to important cleaning details, but the staff was overall friendly and helpful. The location was great, walking distance to many attractions, but some minor inconveniences took away from the enjoyment. The dining was basic but satisfactory, and the facilities were average.

The service was friendly overall, with some instances of room service disturbances. The location is superb for tourists, being a short walk from Central Park and Broadway. The dining is a bit expensive and lacks complimentary water, but grab-and-go options work well for most guests. Facilities are basic but in good condition.
The hotel rooms were very spacious for the price, conveniently close to the elevator. However, the lack of robes despite having a pool and the absence of a print TV channel guide, along with sometimes lackluster staff attitudes, were downsides to consider.
